When most citizen think of coffee, they think of a hot, murky beverage that tastes bitter and wakes them up from the morning sleepies, but coffee is of course ready some separate ways, that may cause you to take a second look. We're going to observe some of the ways that coffee and tea is prepared, from the general to the bizarre, and a look at how coffee and tea has been used throughout history. Both coffee and tea have a great story behind their history and they have been used by citizen all over the world, not only for drinking but for things like religious ceremonies and other gatherings.
Of procedure we love our coffee but we didn't want to leave out those of you that drink tea. Tea is most favorite in the United Kingdom and in fact is considered a meal there. Most British citizen have tea daily, which may contain some type of food also the tea that is served. Tea is made from the Camelia sinensis plant and is the beverage that is second only to water in the estimate of citizen drinking it. There are four types that are most common, black tea, green tea, white tea and oolong tea, which all four come from the same plant and are separated by processing or growing the plant differently.
The tea plant originated in Southeast Asia, and since then has been introduced to more than fifty countries. Tea is ordinarily ready with hot water, and you can use a tea coffee press to get the best flavor, but many citizen prefer the cold version of tea instead. Iced Tea, or Sweet Tea as it is sometimes called originated in the Southern United States, and in fact Sweet Tea, which is the southern term for iced tea with sugar in it, is served everywhere year round. In other parts of the United States when you ask for tea you'll get hot tea, or if you ask for iced tea it will regularly be unsweetened and you'll need to add the sugar yourself if you like it that way.
Another trend in up-to-date years has been iced coffee. Normally, you get iced coffee in chilled bottles from convenience and grocery stores, but we have been known to brew coffee and put it into a large cup of ice. It loses a bit of flavor when it is chilled but it is of course quite delicious. Coffee itself has been nearby for hundreds of years. The legend says that a shepherd named Kaldi from Arabia discovered coffee but that story has not been confirmed, as the text it was written in was published after coffee had been in use in other countries.
There are many ways to put in order coffee. Most citizen in the United States use a original coffee pot to brew coffee, which runs hot water through a basket of coffee grounds. We prefer to use a coffee press which gives the coffee remarkable flavor that you just can't get from a original coffee pot. Some citizen prefer to take the time to brew espressos, and still others prefer the percolator method which is sort of a backwards coffee pot. There are even citizen who implement the cone method of brewing coffee. Anyone method you choose, we hope you enjoy your coffee (or tea)!

Green Coffee Bean Extract 800TM with GCA® provides safe and effective weight loss for all body types. Because it's not a stimulant, it won't make you jittery or raise your heart rate like roasted coffee or ephedra.
Scientific Results
In 2012, the U.S. National Library of Medicine published a randomized, double blind, placebo-controlled study that evaluated the impact and safety of green coffee bean extract as a weight loss supplement. Over 12 weeks, participants lost an average of 17 pounds by taking green coffee bean extract twice per day, making no other changes to their diet or exercise. On average, they lost 10% of their body weight and 16% of their total body fat. Moreover, they experienced NO SIDE EFFECTS of any kind.
How Does It Work?
This incredible weight loss has nothing to do with caffeine. Green coffee bean extract only has 20 mg of caffeine per serving, whereas an 8 oz cup of coffee at Starbucks has 180mg of caffeine per serving. The key ingredient for weight loss is called chlorogenic acid. Chlorogenic acid works by inhibiting the release of glucose into the body, while at the same time boosting your metabolism and burning fat in the liver. These two mechanisms work together to inhibit the absorption of fat and eliminate weight gain.
Quality Guaranteed
While it is commonly believed that green coffee extract should taste bitter due to its high levels of chlorogenic acid, that is not always the case. The overall taste, consistency, and color of green coffee extract is dependent on climate, soil, location, and time of harvest. Because these factors vary, green coffee bean extract can sometimes taste bitter and be lighter in color, or taste sweeter and be darker in color. To ensure that Green Coffee Bean Extract 800TM with GCA® is 100% pure and contains optimum levels of chlorogenic acid, we meticulously analyze every batch in our labs to guarantee the highest quality.

1. Chai is the Indian word for "tea."
In India "chai" naturally means tea. But in the West it refers specifically to spiced Indian-style tea -- that is, tea with primary Indian spices and milk. This is also referred to as Masala Chai, which is more beloved in India than coffee. The popularity of chai tea is spreading rapidly to the rest of the world, and has taken on some changes. In America, a sweeter, creamier contrast known as a "chai latte" is often served as chai.
2. Tea is good for you!
There is also a growing body of evidence showing that the tea in chai has numerous health benefits. Tea polyphenols have been linked in research to increased attention and focus (Theanine), cardiovascular health, protection against Alzheimer's and Parkinson's and even may have the potential to alter cancer genetics. Additionally, the spices in Chai Tea have discrete health benefits, and have been used for thousands of years.
3. How much caffeine is in chai, and does it work on one differently than coffee?
A typical cup of chai tea prepared as directed contains approximately 40mg of caffeine (4 oz of black tea) compared to approximately 120mg in an midpoint cup of coffee. However, the caffeine in tea seems to work differently due to the interaction with a component of tea known as tannin, which has a calming supervene on the nervous system. This causes the caffeine to be absorbed much more slowly, avoiding the caffeine "shock" and inducing a calm, relaxed yet focused state characteristic of alpha brain wave patterns. Because chai doesn't have the caffeine "shock" of coffee, you can enjoy a few extra cups. Many people find they can even have it in the evening without disturbing sleep. (If you are highly sensitive to caffeine, however, try Rooibos Chai as it is naturally caffeine free.)
4. Many people for real prefer the taste of chai over coffee.
Here at http://www.Chai-Direct.com we agree! Chai is mentally clarifying and energizing yet calming at the same time. So chai gives you a subtle "pick me up" without nervousness, jitters. And unlike proper tea, chai tea has substantially more body and flavor so it is an ideal coffee substitute. Also, unlike proper teas, chai tea tends to be stronger and bolder, enhanced by the spices. So it is a natural coffee substitute. Try chai for a week. We think you will like it!
5. Chai tea is better for the environment.
Water is perhaps our most precious resource, and becoming moreso each day. It is estimated that over 1100 cups of water are required to yield a single cup of coffee. On the other hand, only about 1/10th of that whole of water is needed to yield a cup of tea. Read more about tea's distinct environmental impact.
6. Chai is typically made with black tea, but also ready with green tea, Rooibos (or red tea) and yerba mate.
Green tea has less caffeine than black tea, and larger amounts of Egcg, a fine anti-oxidant. It was first assumed that green tea had higher health benefits, but new research is seeing that the theaflavins and thearubigens of black tea for real carry similar health benefits. Rooibos is a caffeine-free collection of tea sought for its further health benefits. It is widely believed that it is the synergistic blend of tea and spices that make chai such a beneficial and wholesome drink. Yerba mate is another tea contrast sought for it's further health benefits, but it also carries a stronger, slightly bitter taste.
7. Market chai is ready as a concentrate, powder mix, or in bulk loose leaf tea form.
Which is best? That depends on you. Concentrates are brewed under ideal conditions and pressures, so they often tend to taste a bit stronger, bolder and/or spicier. Dry mixes can be even more convenient, however. Bulk tea and bags must be brewed and sweetener added, so the process takes more time, but many still prefer this.
8. Many of the chai products ready from Chai-Direct.com are Fair Trade Certified.
This means the products are grown, harvested and purchased according to the rules of the Fair Trade organizations. We want you to help you make an informed decision about all aspects of the products you buy.

Coffee is one of the most commonly consumed beverages worldwide. Yet, because coffee increases the level of the stress hormone adrenaline, with its not very desired effects on the heart, its stimulating corollary on the brain had declined for many people. But scientists, unlike most people, see opportunity in every chance, and hence try to make the best out of every failure or decline. So they traced other beneficial potentials in coffee through studies and hard work. In 1984, some animal studies showed that coffee can break down fat stored inside fat cells in mice. In 1996, these facts were found to be true in human beings as well. In 2001, it was found also that if you drink coffee before exercise, you can best burn the sugar you take with meals, best breathe during exercise, as well as best burn your fat market inside the cells.
In 2002, it was found that uncostly daily coffee consumption authentically protected against type 2 diabetes. Another newly discovered component of coffee bean green extract, chlorogenic acid, was discovered in 1997 that specifically inhibits the enzyme complex in generating sugars in our bodies, which ultimately leads our bodies to consume its own sugar market and perform weight loss fast results later on. However, it was also discovered in 2002 that roasting of coffee green beans cut its content of chlorogenic acid and the anti-oxidant asset of coffee green bean extract. It was also discovered in 2002 that coffee bean green extract can lower the blood pressure in rats. One leading milestone on the way to disclose the weight loss success stories of, and the medical point of green coffee beans was its study for weight loss inherent in 2006. Scientists tried to study the corollary of coffee bean green extract on mice body weights, with an equal focus on fat nearby the gut (visceral fat), its absorption and utilization, in an exertion to rate the inherent uses of the green coffee bean extract as causes of weight loss.
The 2006 study was about mice. They fed them the coffee bean green extract for 14 days and followed their weight loss stories and fat buildup during that period. It was shown that the pure caffeine (10%) and the chlorogenic acid (27%) of the extract were able to suppress weight gain and fat accumulation in obese mice. It was further noticed that this corollary becomes more pronounced if combined with green tea. Another 2012 study was done on obese and overweight people, where they were fed a constant number of diet, and were subjected to a fixed regime of exercise, but were given increasing doses of the green bean coffee extract over a total period of 22 weeks. Subjects lost an average of 17 pounds during the 22 weeks with a 16% decrease in body fat.
So, why coffee bean green extract has such a strong affect on weight loss? Chlorogenic acid that is present in the green extract is destroyed when coffee beans are roasted. So for the first time, you have to tolerate the bitter taste of the extract instead of the usual coffee flavor in order to get its full benefit for extreme weight loss. If you can't tolerate it, just have it with a lot of water. It is also a dietary supplement, so it doesn't need to be beloved by the Fda, and it is effortlessly ready over the counter in many drug stores. The supplement is cheaper than any of the weight loss medications ready in stores. Still scientists, are trying to find more answers as regards the side effects of coffee bean green extract. It is well known that the extract reduces the absorption of fats and sugars in the gut, as well as reduces insulin levels, but scientists are still trying to resolve either the extract causes normal malabsorption in producing its effects. There have been no complaints as regards that issue so far.
