Just because a brand name is on a pair of sunglasses is no guarantee that the finest materials in manufacturing were used. It means that the brand licensed its name for those sunglasses.

You have to know whether or not they are worth the price. Unparalleled aid has no imitators. It is great or it isn't.

Ultimately luxury is appreciation, and appreciation is a personal point of view. So the item, the aid or the brand's value is in the eyes and the psyche of the beholder. It does not wish possession. And, so many of the best things in life are free.

How Beer Has Bridged the Gap

Beer is the most ordinarily enjoyed beverage. You can argue that water is, but who legitimately enjoys water? And isn't water in everything? So, it has an unfair advantage to be honest.

The most ordinarily enjoyed beverage is beer and I'm sticking by that answer. You can look it up on the quest engines all you want. You might find that the most ordinarily enjoyed drink is tea, coffee or soda. But, I'm not trying to hear that!

Coffee Tea

Being that my fact is beer is the most ordinarily enjoyed beverage, I have great reserve for why I think that and you'll soon learn that I am right. Beer bridges gaps between people. There are quite a few instances in which beer was used to bring population together, make things happen and convert the world.

Obama

President Obama used beer to bring a racial incident to a halt. In 2009, when Sgt. Crowley arrested the Harvard Professor Henry Gates Jr. At his home, it hit the news as racial profiling. Well, President Obama went into performance and invited them both to sit down with him and Vice President Biden for a beer.

Did the beer solve the problem? I would say the talks solved the problem. But, beer has the strange way of opening the avenues for discussion. Two guys sitting over from each other with nothing to say can soon become best friends in only a few beers. By the end of the night, they will be singing songs with each other while clanging the mugs of beer together in sheer bliss.

Prohibition

I don't know whose idea it was to start Prohibition. But, it was Fdr who ended it as it was understood at the time. With the signing of the Cullen-Harrison Act which amended the Volstead Act, Fdr say, "I think this would be a good time for a beer." With that declaration, Budweiser's infamous Clydesdales made the march down Pennsylvania Avenue and delivered him some.

Do I think ending the Prohibition had whatever to do with beer? This one legitimately did. Even the president wanted a beer! If I had been president, that would have been the first act on my agenda.

Cavemen

This fact goes back beyond recorded history. But, I recently had the opening to interview a few cavemen from those days. Their speech is generally in grunts so they are hard to understand. For instance, we still don't know how exactly the first protocol of beer was invented. Before long, both tribes were drinking beer and enjoying a good time on the field of battle. It became known as, "Uhh ooh ooh ah ooh Uh." Translated into English, that means, "Field of That Stuff You Have."

Now, I was able to get all that data from them but I couldn't understand what they were saying when they were telling me how beer was invented. Go figure! Anyway, beer was the end of the first war ever. That's a exiguous known story.

Beer has been our friend since it was first introduced to our lips. It remains the go to when we have deep problems to solve. It was there when we Marines were hatched. It was there when Football charge was ended. And it's been to space! So, have a beer. There is no other beverage like it in the world!

Training For the Big Contest - It's Show Time!

The Pre-Contest disposition has the most interplay of practice and nutrition.

Do this until you reach the 2,010 mark. When you hit 2010, switch your nutrient ratio from 50-40-10 to 40-60-10 with 2 days off starchy carbs - only vegetables - and 2 days on. Remember that you're complex in a delicate balancing act in the middle of maintaining muscle and stripping off so keep your water intake high, about a gallon a day.

Very Important: Continue to train at maximum intensity. That means taking every set to failure. You'll end up doing fewer sets because of the reduced caloric intake, but you must keep your muscles under load with maximum intensity so you can keep every ounce of muscle.

After gradually lowering calories by 100 - 50 a day continue this 2,010-calorie a day/low-medium glycemic disposition until you reach 7 days before the competition.

Step 3: Carb Deplete & Cut Cardio

From Sunday morning, October 5th until Wednesday afternoon ditch the 50-40-10 ratio. About 99% of your 2010 calories should be in the form of lean protein like skinless chicken breasts and non-fatty fish. Keep your fat to almost zero, and limit your carbs to 20 - 50 grams a day. It is okay to eat lettuce salads. What you are doing is wringing out your body. That means depleting all of your glycogen and glucose. It sounds the opposite of what you want. But just wait. Because, as you will see, the next following days you'll carb load. And because your muscles are starving for glycogen and glucose, they will suck them up harder and faster. And that is good because it is the glucose and glycogen that help your muscles appear big and full. While this period, your water intake should be very high.

Also, While step 3, cut out all cardio.

Step 4: Carb Overloading - Stop Training

At this point bump your calories up to 87% of your mass building caloric intake. That would mean 87% of 3,000, which comes to 2610. For simplicity, I round up to 2600. So you would eat 7 small meals. Convert your nutrient ratio to 80-20-0. That is 80 percent carbs, 20 percent protein, and no fat. Some good choices for carbs are brown rice, oatmeal, and white or sweet potatoes. The rice and oatmeal plainly contain water, so the amount of water you drink should be equal to the water you lose in urination.

In addition, stop all training. Do not go into the gym. Do not lift weights. This is a good time to convention your posing.

The automaker is working with the utility behind the problem plant, Tokyo Electric Power Co., to try to meet demands to bring the plant under control. Ito acknowledged that the first idea was to send in Asimo to help out, but that was not possible because the robot cannot maneuver in rubble, and its delicate computer parts would malfunction in radiation.
