English morning meal Tea - The Refined Morning Beverage

Wake up, light the burner under the teapot, and wait for the water to start humming. A cup of English morning meal tea awaits your taste buds, a polite wake up call for your mind to engage gears for the day.

I'm a busy someone with a list of things to do that verily never ends. Each morning I take half an hour to wake up. No computer, no telephone or Tv, not even a conversation with a loved one. This 30 minuscule time belongs to me, and I spend it wisely mental and planning with no pressure. While coffee sometimes accompanies me during this morning ritual, a cup of tea is my adored beverage because there are so many fabulous flavors to choose from.

Coffee Tea

I very recommend that every person start the day with this short downtime, even if it means you get up earlier than the rest of your family. It's a chance to naturally enjoy being awake and alive, to pay attentiveness to only what is in front of you at that moment. You will find yourself more effective and have fewer worries and distractions throughout the day, because you've had that time to wake up completely before being thrown to the daily lions.

The primary English morning meal for which English morning meal tea is named is rarely eaten on a daily basis anymore. With every person so health conscious, a few over-easy eggs and a "rasher" of bacon, accompanied by a pile of toast and a nice slice of Black Pudding** don't end up on the house menu with great regularity. The tea remains with us, and that, as they say, is a very good thing.

You could drink English morning meal tea anytime of the day, but it's a extra treasure as the first thing you taste in the morning. A minuscule splash of milk or cream is heavenly (and traditional), and if a minuscule sweet helps you wake up, add a teaspoon of honey or sugar.

This tea pairs well with any food, not just bacon and eggs, so if you're looking for a low fat morning meal treat, put some fruit such as berries, peaches, oranges, grapefruit, etc. In a bowl, add a integrate of tablespoons of plain yogurt or skim milk, and a handful of rolled oats or granola. Savor the cool fruit with the warm, smoky tea and you will have a new outlook on your day.

**Black Pudding? What the heck is that? So glad you asked. Mix together pig's blood, boiled groats (buckwheat), lard, onion, flour, and seasonings. Stuff into a pig's stomach or a well-greased tin, if you don't have a spare pig's stomach lying around. Pennyroyal mint was at one time used as a seasoning for this unusual pudding. Boil or bake until completely cooked. You may enjoy this pudding immediately or store it in a cool spot for up to some months.

Perhaps it's also a very good thing that the primary English morning meal is no longer served regularly....

Willie Nelson - Bloody Mary Morning

Willie Nelson - Bloody Mary Morning Tube. Duration : 3.33 Mins.

Artist/Band: Nelson Willie Lyrics for Song: Bloody Mary Morning Lyrics for Album: Essential Willie Nelson It's a Bloody Mary morning, Baby left me without warning Sometime in the night So I'm flyin' down to Houston Forgetting her's the nature of my flight As we taxi toward the runway With the smog and haze Reminding me of how I feel Just a country boy who's learnin' That the pitfalls of the city Are extremely real All the night life and the parties And temptation and deceit The order of the day Well it's a Bloody Mary mornin' Cause I'm leavin' baby somewhere in LA It's a Bloody Mary morning... Our golden jet is airborn And flight Fifty cuts a path Across the mornin' sky And a voice comes on the speaker Reassuring us flight Fifty Is the way to fly And a hostess takes our order Coffee tea or something stronger To start off the day Well it's a Bloody Mary morning Cause I'm leavin' baby somewhere in LA It's a bloody mary morning...

Everyone loves their morning coffee, but what happens when you need a turn from your daily routine? Is Chai Tea a comparable substitute? whether you're mental about it because of a caffeine tolerance or straightforward boredom, having someone else go-to morning pick-me-up can help you get your day started. But what about your need for a caffeine fix? Does it go beyond that, to actual flavour to snap you out of your morning lull? Chai tea might be the excellent substitute that you've been seeing for all these years.

It's no underground that caffeine gets the mind going, and after years of indulging in our morning fix we can come to be reliant. For discrete reasons, a lot of population settle to cut back on their caffeine intake in hopes of up-regulating their adrenal receptors and ditching that constant cortisol presence. One of the best ways of gradually weening yourself off (so that you're not a zombie) is to switch to teas, which often have half the caffeine content of coffee. Chai tea has been beloved for millenia in discrete parts of the world to give population that wee neurological boost they are used to.

Coffee Tea

Flavour is a big part of waking up - having something to cover up that morning breath (ewww) in itself can bring you back to life and ready to take on the world. Behavioural scientists are nearly all in business transaction that a strong shock to your senses can at once alter your state, manufacture you feel great or even bring you down. Coffee has a strong flavour and scent that will get you going - even decaf coffee has been shown to cause a similar spike in alertness - and might be attributed to the morning "jolt" you get from your coffee. Chai tea shares the same strong kick you might get from your coffee in terms of scent and flavour, and can act as a catalyst to wake you up. From it's strong, slightly spicy taste right down to any added flavours, it can be a great substitute for your morning coffee. It's a great way of cutting back on your caffeine while maintaining the morning ritual your body (and mind) are so used to.

Chai shares many of the properties of a good coffee - It has a caffeine content that should keep you... Content. It has warm, spicy flavour that is soothed with a creamy taste. It is the logical step for you to turn up your disposition from a burnt tasting coffee to the flavourful nirvana that is Chai tea.
