Amul (Anand Milk Union Limited), formed in 1946, is a dairy cooperative movement in India. It is a brand name managed by an apex cooperative organisation, Gujarat Co-operative Milk Marketing Federation Ltd. (GCMMF), which today is jointly owned by some 2.8 million milk producers in Gujarat, India. AMUL is based in Anand, Gujarat and has been a sterling example of a co-operative organization's success in the long term. It is one of the best examples of co-operative achievement in the developing economy. "Anyone who has seen ... the dairy cooperatives in the state of Gujarat, especially the highly successful one known as AMUL, will naturally wonder what combination of influences and incentives is needed to multiply such a model a thousand times over in developing regions everywhere." The Amul Pattern has established itself as a uniquely appropriate model for rural development. Amul has spurred the White Revolution of India, which has made India the largest producer of milk and milk products in the world[citation needed. Removing Coffee & Tea Stains

Accompanying a good meal with a glass of tea or coffee is a staple in most households. But, there are times where these yummy beverages stain things other than your teeth! The good news about coffee and tea is the dark color is from roasting, not coloring! Therefore, the discharge process is not as difficult as other food colored beverages. Removing these types of stains can be done with some basic household products and patience! If the stain has set in from long exposure then a chemical medicine might be necessary. But, most coffee and tea stains can be removed with immediate attention. To take off correctly, there are a few things you will need.

Things you will need:

Coffee Tea

5 Gallon pail / Hot Water White Towel Tide Laundry Detergent (Liquid - Color Safe) Soft Bristle Brush (Agitation) Spray Bottle

First, you need to soak up as much of the coffee or tea as possible. Blot with the white cloth until the stain color disappears (from towel) from blotting. At this point, the stain should be light enough to take off with laundry detergent.

Second, fill pail with 3 gallons of hot water. Then pour 2 table spoons of liquid laundry detergent into bucket. Mix well.

Third, dip the soft bristle brush into the water explication and begin to agitate the stain lightly! Do not scrub the carpet! You will damage the rug fiber. Apply diplomatic pressure and work in a circular motion....lightly! The white soap residue will begin to turn a dark brown from the spill. Blot dry with towel.

Last, fill the spray bottle with clean warm water. Use 4-5 sprays onto the stained area to rinse. Then blot dry. Continue this process until soap residue has disappeared. Continue the drying process until wholly dry. At this point, the stain should be wholly gone.
