Forensic and Crime

The study of evidence at the place of crime and used in the court of law for legal proceedings is known as forensics.It is any science used for the purpose of law, thereby producing the impartial scientific evidence in court of law for the finalization of justice to both criminal and the victim. Forensic is a multifaceted subject which in general involves biology and chemistry but other tools like physics, geology, psychology, group sciences are also used.

A typical investigation regularly gathers material evidence from the crime scene. Forensic scientists study and survey these materials to supply scientific evidence to the investigating agency for fast and impartial disposal of the case in the court.

These materials could be hair follicles, finger prints, blood stains, semen, foot prints, vehicles used in the crime, dirt or dust. In some cases cigarette buts, tea coffee mugs etc can be used by the experts.

Chromatography is one such tool used by forensic scientists for the seizure of drugs.

Though forensic science deals with circumstances evidence, it is widely considered some of the best and most compelling that any prosecution or defense lawyer can have in his or her arsenal. More use of forensic must be encouraged as science is totally unbiased as compared to human evidence.

The field of forensic is so vast it requires specialists or criminalists in all from tier track determination to final determination of the crime. The word forensic comes from the Latin -meaning before the forum and refers to something of pertaining to law or used in court of law. This science is proved to be practical and is used now worldwide for establishing the motto of crime and bringing justice to the victims.

Highly developed subject of forensic utilizes a blend of scientific recipe and deductive thinking to survey and document physical evidence at the scene of crime.

With the advancement of science the forensic techniques are also becoming research oriented. Every country in the world is highly dependent on this science to include the crime and book the criminals in short span of time. Forensic science is such a science that it cannot be challenged as the evidence submitted is so true that hardly any criminal can fly the law.
